Steamers are used to enhance the colour of the wood prior to drying, and to stabilise and relax it after fast drying at high temperatures.
The steam is generated by bringing to a boil the water contained in a tank in the base of the chamber.
Two models are available:
with combustion chamber, designed for use in combination with a suitable gas oil, methane gas or naphtha burner.
coil-type model, designedto be connected to a heating plant that utilises superheated water, thermal oil or medium/high pressure steam.
