In an increasingly challenging global context, we have chosen to align our business model with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through the implementation of innovative technologies and low-impact production processes: Nardi is committed to reducing its emissions to the minimum and ensuring the quality and safety of its products.

We prioritise the health and well-being of our employees. We support community-oriented projects whose primary objective is to improve people’s social lives.

We invest in supporting the growth of our employees’ skills. We offer a specific training programme for our customers on the optimal use of our systems, also with a view to improving their energy impact

We use energy from renewable sources and constantly monitor our consumption in order to adopt new solutions to improve efficiency.

We formalise our ESG commitment in the Code of Ethics and report our impact annually in the Sustainability Report
The Sustainability Report provides a detailed overview of our initiatives. From system reconditioning systems to the adoption of energy efficiency practices that make it possible to save resources and reduce consumption. A way of doing business and being a company, one inspired by social and civil responsibility, which has led us to the decision of becoming a Benefit Company in 2025, in order to actualise an authentic commitment in writing.
What we are today is the result of what we have sown and harvested over these decades but, above all, of what we have learnt and have been able to successfully adapt to the needs of the present. An important milestone has been reached, but it is above all a starting point to continue improving and undertaking new activities.
